Scope of application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by Corussoft GmbH to companies or entrepreneurs. #### 2. Contractual partner The purchase contract is concluded with Corussoft GmbH, Kurfürstendamm 56, 10707 Berlin, registered office of the company: Berlin, commercial register HRB 105369B, VAT number DE 241583090, represented by the managing director Kristian Skobic and the authorized signatory Maximilian Quarg. #### 3. Conclusion of contract The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the button \[Buy/Order at cost\] you place a binding order for the goods and services listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order. #### 4. Prices and shipping costs The prices stated on the product pages are subject to VAT. #### 5. Delivery Goods are only delivered within Germany. The delivery time for goods is up to 14 days. Any deviating delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page. #### 6. Payment Payment is exclusively cashless or "on account". #### 7. Retention of title The goods or services remain our property until payment has been made in full. #### 8. Warranty for material defects Corussoft GmbH is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 ff of the German Civil Code. #### 9. Dispute resolution The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. We are prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board to resolve disputes with consumers. The competent consumer arbitration board is: Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de.
